DOH!
Two days ago I had a conversation through BB with my old friend who was well know as the smartest guy at school. The conversation began with commenting his BB status first, and somehow he asked about my absence to meet the group of friends from high school. I gave my reason why didn't come to the event, and with sort of reply he replied: "Cukup tau aja".
I asked what did he mean by his statement - I knew that statement giving a negative impact about me and I didn't feel like it because:
We didn't know each other that well and It was up to me if I wanted to come or not, it was nothing to do with him.
Then I realised he was just a man with no common sense. I might ruin his day that's why he commented that I didn't have a commitment (what a commitment?). I even wanted to laugh while writing this. LOL.
Making a big deal about it? He must be so upset I didn't come.

Nice saying shows your character but that doesn't mean you can criticize. You can still do both in nice and polite way.
